Traffic / Logistics Coordinator - Bucharest office


Position Description

This position ensures operational excellence by supporting our customers.
The main focus of this position is to complete essential functions to ensure truck consolidations and FTL (full truck loads) shipments are completed successfully. This role also assists the sales team with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our systems.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Prepare shipment documents
- Dispatch loads
- Track and trace shipments
- Schedule appointments
- Customer and carrier follow-up
- Answer incoming calls
- Audit shipment information
- Complete customer requests
